Shipping, orders & returns

Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Order by 11:00 AM EST and your order ships within 24–48 hours; weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

We currently ship within the U.S. only, via USPS. We do not ship to U.S. territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands. Delivery takes up to 7 business days once shipped — delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.

One shipping address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

• Orders $25 and over — free shipping

Double-check your city, state, ZIP, and apartment or unit number — typos and missing info can cause delivery issues. If a package is returned to us, we'll try to reach you for 10 business days; with no response, the order is cancelled and refunded.

Billing details must match your card statement exactly (name, address, city, state, ZIP). Mismatches can cause payment failures or delays.

Once USPS has your package, it's out of our control, and we can't replace items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact your local USPS office first. If you receive a USPS claim number, send it to us and we'll help where we can — without one, we're limited to tracking assistance.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shopify Store Credit, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

We don't accept: cash, personal checks, or third-party gift cards.

Prices reflect suggested retail — no wholesale pricing.

• Pending — payment being verified
• Payment review — a third-party payment method (PayPal/Venmo) hasn't released funds yet
• In production/packing — your set is being pulled and packed
• Shipped — on its way to you

Your order confirmation email is your receipt (order number, items, pricing, discounts, shipping and billing info). A shipping confirmation with a tracking number and carrier link follows once your order ships, usually within 24–48 hours.

Email sarjanbeauty@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Weekend and holiday requests are handled the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, no cancellations or changes are possible (address, email, quantities, etc.). Already shipped? Place a new order, or return the item once it arrives.

Eligible if: purchased directly from sarjanbeauty.com, unopened and unused in original packaging with seals intact, and requested within 30 days of the ship date.

Fees: a $6.95 return processing fee is deducted from your refund; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return: sign in to your account, select your order, choose Start a return, pick your item(s) and reason, and submit. If approved, we'll email a prepaid return label — ship within 5 days of approval or the return is no longer eligible.

Good to know: every return is inspected; items that don't qualify won't be refunded or sent back. No delivery scan from the carrier means no refund. Cancelled return requests can't be reopened. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.

Not returnable: final sale and clearance items, free gifts or promo add-ons, bulk or international orders, and opened, used, or swatched products.

Promotions: refunds are based on what you actually paid after discounts. Returning an item that drops you below a promo threshold (like a free-shipping minimum) may reduce your refund, and a free gift tied to a disqualified promo must be returned too or its value is deducted.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Allow 2–3 weeks total from ship date to account credit, plus 1–2 additional billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

We do our best to photograph and describe every set accurately, but screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. Not what you expected? Return it unused — see Returns above.

No warranty — the site and its content are provided "as is," with no guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted service (some state laws may limit this disclaimer).

Limited liability — we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes — resolved through individual binding arbitration, not class action or jury trial (small claims court and IP injunctions excepted).
