Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sarjan Beauty order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Eligibility

A return is eligible if:

  • The item was purchased directly from sarjanbeauty.com
  • It is unopened and unused, in its original packaging with seals intact
  • The return is requested within 30 days of the ship date

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or swatched products cannot be returned.

Fees

  • A $6.95 return processing fee is deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your account on sarjanbeauty.com
  2. Open the order and select Request return
  3. Choose the item(s) and your return reason, then submit
  4. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label — ship within 5 days of approval, or the return is no longer eligible

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 2–3 weeks in total from the day you ship it back, plus 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Every return is inspected — items that don't meet the conditions above won't be refunded or sent back
  • A return without a carrier delivery scan cannot be refunded
  • Cancelled return requests can't be reopened
  • Returns after 30 days are not accepted

Items that can't be returned

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Free gifts and promotional add-ons
  • Bulk orders
  • Opened, used, or swatched products

Promotions and discounts

Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid after discounts. If returning an item brings your order below a promotion threshold (such as a free shipping minimum), your refund may be adjusted. If a free gift was tied to a promotion your return disqualifies, please return the gift as well, or its value will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@sarjanbeauty.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Colour accuracy

We photograph and describe every set as accurately as we can, but screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. If a set isn't what you expected, you're welcome to return it unused under the policy above.
